The Data Capture Board, the CLC-CAPT-PCASM, provides the means to easily collect and process data from different evaluation boards on the user's PC. The data capture board enables simple evaluation of National Semiconductor’s High Speed Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) and the Diversity Receiver ChipSet (DRCS). It is recommended for use with the CLC5956PCASM, CLC5958PCASM and CLC-DRCS-PCASM. These evaluation boards connect directly to the data capture board. The data capture board interfaces the outputs of these devices to the standard serial port available on the back of most PCs. We have provided PC software to control the data capture function and Matlab scripts for data analysis.
